Isis Griffin

I grew up on the traditional unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations, otherwise known as Vancouver, BC. I completed the Registered Massage Therapy two-year diploma at Langara College in the spring of 2022.

I love working with my clients on a specifically curated, client-centred treatment plan including massage, and home care.

What drives me in my practice is seeing positive results in my clients, by helping them alleviate pain, manage chronic symptoms, and achieve a better quality of life.

I approach all my work with a caring and conscientious attitude. Helping to support my clients’ well-being is my passion.

I use a variety of treatment modalities including Swedish massage, myofascial release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF stretching), muscle energy technique, and lymphatic drainage.

Some of my favorite activities are yoga, swimming, camping, hiking, and traveling.
