I have had the pleasure of working with Tamara and the Atlas team before and I am thrilled to be able to return!

It has been my privilege to provide massage treatment to my patients for 6 years now. I love my work and have been keeping my skills honed from home while raising my two little ones.

I continue to find the study of the human body fascinating and the mind-body connection we require to experience the world around us to be a never-ending and exciting puzzle.

In my practice, I have focused on areas of interest such as: post-operative scar tissue release, supportive therapeutic modalities for children and adults with developmental disabilities, for Trans and Gender-diverse patients during their transition process, as well as working with musicians, visual artists, and providing Prenatal, postnatal and baby massage to new families.

I tend to have a firm and focused approach to massage and use modalities such as MET (Muscle Energy Technique), and Myofascial Release in effort to augment my massage techniques.

Before qualifying as a Registered Massage Therapist, I worked for many years in healthcare supporting adults with physical and developmental disabilities. I have worked in childcare, retail, and food service. I pursued the study of Classical Voice, Vocal Jazz and Visual Arts and completed the 3000hr RMT program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT), Victoria in 2013.
Each arena of focus has provided me with unique perspectives into the different ways our bodies facilitate our wants and needs and how they function under physical and mental stresses.

Massage Therapy presents the unique opportunity to impart positive touch through an educated and therapeutic approach. It is my intent to provide safe, informed treatments for patients to be able to reach their goals of well-being and equilibrium.

Working with people has always, and continues to be, my greatest passion and I very much look forward to working with you!
